Harry Cowap, Director of Construction Rail Consultants Ltd, has in excess of 20 years’ of Construction and Rail Industry experience. Harry has worked with some of the UKs largest construction and multi-disciplinary service organisations.

For the latter half of his career, Harry has been predominantly involved in Industrial Relations, managing difficult contracts and disputes where he has acted as a representative, adjudicator, and mediator in various multi-million pound cases.
